The Gospel in Haggai

Once we submit to the call of God to serve him we often find ourselves in the headiness of the work. It is rewarding in itself when it is given voluntarily. But then we can mistakenly think that our work has a merit all its own that will bring God's favor and blessing. The very thought keeps us from faithfully declaring to others the good news. Time to learn the Gospel as Haggai taught it.
