The Israel of God

This chapter describes the blessed man (the happy condition of one who is in God's favor), one who is obedient to God and holds fast His covenant. The first verses address the Israelite who keeps Sabbath and does no harm. The text proceeds to give gracious promise to foreigners and eunuchs that they will be welcomed and received in equal status with the faithful remnant of Israel.
