Pray and Keep Watching for God's Answer

The difference and distinction between the children of God and the children of the devil will cause conflicts and difficulties. Compromise and capitulation by God’s people to get along with the devil’s people may seem a viable solution that may relive some pressure at the moment but in the long run will be a forfeiture of God’s peace and protection. Standing firm, living dependent upon the Lord, and seeking refuge in Him are the means believers must utilize to stay the course and be a light in the darkness of the world in sin. God Himself will hold the unbeliever accountable and while having shown them love by providing a Savior for all, He yet abhors them and their sin. A means for strengthening, being wise, and faithful is humble prayer for ourselves and one another to stay focused on living the righteous life pleasing to God. Prayer that is confident, fully trusting the Lord, and expectantly watching for the Lord’s answers will fortify God’s people to serve Him well in every, and all circumstances, as they unfold.
