A Greater Grace

As the Lord provided manna sufficient for the day's need (Exodus 16:16-21) so He provides "grace to help in time of need." Concerning "the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ" two additional considerations are added. First, man has a strong aversion to grace. Secondly, James writes (4:6) that, "He gives a greater grace." May we consciously, believingly and prayerfully seek the sanctifying, enabling grace of God in Christ with the confidence expressed by the hymnwriter (Annie Flint), "He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again."
