The Justification of God's Judgment of Gentiles

In addressing the excuses of men as to why they think they can escape God's judgment, Paul addresses the Gentiles who would say, how can God hold us accountable when we never received the Law. His explanation shows us how everyman, is a sinner and has sinned, disobeying God's Law and therefore, God is righteous to Judge.
