The Dawn of the Super Baby

At one time, not very long ago, this was the stuff of science fiction. But now, it is very quickly becoming a reality. What I am referring to is genetic engineering of embryos in order to produce children with certain characteristics.

On the program today Dr. Joe Francis joins me to discuss the latest in this type of technology and the ethical issues they raise.
