The Theology of Unbelief

Jesus charged His listeners to "walk in the light while they had the light. God requires all to believe in Christ, who is the Light. While this message was addressed to the Jews in particular, the truth of it is for all. Those who receive the light and believe in the Christ are "sons of light" and will have eternal life. Jesus, however, spoke these words to those He knew would reject Him. Here is a message of spiritual tension between God's sovereignty and human responsibility.
