Day 2: Read Luke 9:1-6 and discuss: Why does Jesus give them different instructions in 9:36-38? What are some examples of situations where God said one thing to someone and something else to another person, a little later on?

Day 3: Read Luke 9:1-6 and discuss: Out of all the tasks Jesus gave the apostles, which was the most important? What characteristics made a host worthy of the gospel and of the apostles lodging with them?
