I. Redemption
Salvation is free to all who turn to Jesus alone but it had a cost.

c. The Passover - God brought His people out of bondage to be free

a. God is pleased with us, because of the work of Christ, not our owns.
b. Are you resting in the redemption you have in Jesus Christ?
c. Causes our hearts to desire to dive deep into God.
d. We no longer have to sit in our ingnorance. 1 Peter -"redeemed" from futile way of life inherited from our forefathers.The demand for a sacrifies
a. Psalm 49:7-8 - God demands Holy justice.
b. Demanded a continual sacrifice needed to be pure, spotless, and costly.
c. God the father forsook HIS son on the cross - "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me."
d. Hebrews 10:1-10/2 Corinthians 5:21 - Substitutionary atonement/Imputation
Christ is the central point of all redemption. He was God's destiny and purpose the whole time.
