The Perishable Becomes Imperishable

The Apostle uses observations from nature to affirm that a resurrected body is not so foreign to our world. He designates the Christian's resurrected body as a "spiritual body" that is not weak and dishonorable but powerful and imperishable, which believers will receive at Christ's return. Our resurrection bodies will replicate some of the characteristics of Jesus' resurrection body. Our future life will not be as ghosts floating on clouds, but it will be very physical.
