He Was Despised and Rejected

In this message we see how Jesus, in order to be our faithful High Priest, let Himself be subjected to the very pains, sufferings, rejection and abandonment that we experience in this broken world. He endured all for us, as he was hated by the world, betrayed by a friend, and abandoned by his followers. He bore all, that he might stand in our place and take our sin and shame upon Himself.
