The Great Omission: Personal Evangelism
As brothers and sisters who have embraced the Reformed faith we are convinced that salvation is granted only by the free and sovereign grace of God, apart from which no man can be saved. And we are convinced that our view of the gospel is Biblically purer than much of what is popular in the evangelical community. But this being said, we are sometimes guilty of giving great attention to getting the gospel right without getting the gospel out, causing us to build 'come and see' churches rather than 'go and tell' churches. But whose responsibility is it to labor in evangelism, and how must we do so? In this message we examine this great sin of omission, and we explore some practical ways for us to make Christ known to our surrounding world. None of us can do everything, but all of us must do something.
