The Fool's Contempt for Wisdom

Ever tried to reason with one you thought was a fool? To argue or attempt to reason with a fool, according to Proverbs 26:4, makes the wise to be like unto the fool. We read from 1 Kings 21:1-14 for our first-hour reading seeing an example of a wise man that falls to the hand of the fool in this life; however, King Ahab the fool is the one that ends in eternal death.
