Gimel - The Persecuted Man

The third stanza "gimel" of Psalm 119 introduces for the first time, the persecution that a righteous man will face. Through this we see the Psalmists appropriate response. This response is part of a pair of reasons why the Psalmist believes that he is deserving of God's favor.
