Raised Together When The Lord Returns

In 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 Paul shows us that as followers of the Lord Jesus, we grieve over those who have died in Christ with the comforting hope that they will be resurrected and forever gathered to him along with all those believers who are still alive when he returns.

1. The dead in Christ will be raised
   and return with him (4:13-14)

2. They will rise and be gathered to
   him with the living when he returns
   (4:15-17)

3. Encourage one another with this hope
   (4:18)
