Evangelism, Baptism, & the Visible Church

Believers obey Jesus and His word. They profess faith before men. There is no ordinary possibility of salvation outside of the visible church. Baptism is the sign of admission into the visible church. As a sacrament of the church, it should be administered by officers of the church.
