Test the Spirits -Pt 1I John 4:1 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Today Pastor Ron takes us back into I John starting with chapter 4. John will tell us to “test the spirits.” What does that mean? And what spirits are we to test?

Today discernment is a lost art in the church and consequently people do not know how to test the spirits. The main culprit is the fact that expository preaching has been taken out of the church, therefore, the church members do not have the knowledge to rightly discern truth from error.
