The Centrality of Prayer

On his way to Jerusalem, Jesus seems to curse an unfruitful tree. It may seem strange, but there's far more going on here than many think. In pronouncing a curse on the tree, he shows what miraculous things faith can do, through prayer. He also uses it to symbolise his coming destruction of the Jewish temple and the whole of Jerusalem.
