The Things Concerning Himself (Part 1)

As we work toward our celebration of Easter, we begin a new series of messages this week on "Encounter God's Truth," drawing from the classic Bible teaching of our speaker, Dr. John Whitcomb.
Based upon Luke 24—one of Dr. Whitcomb's favorite passages—the title of this series is “The Things Concerning Himself.” Today's teaching takes us on a survey of the Old Testament, rooted in the discussion that Jesus had with two followers bound for Emmaus in Luke 24, following the resurrection.
We trust that this series will encourage you to trust that God's Word is true from the beginning to the end! We will examine the Old Testament using the same method as Christ—beginning in Genesis 3.
