47. Baptize my disciples

After someone comes to know Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they should honor Him by obeying His command to be baptized. Baptism does not effect our salvation -- it really only gets us wet. But it is nonetheless an important act of obedience and a testimony of our faith in Christ. Why did Christ Himself put such importance on this subject as to make it one of his commandments? Pastor Robert Rohlin explains the significant implications of this last command for today's Christians.
