15b. The Danger of Unresolved Conflict

Little do parents realize the devastating affect of their anger upon their children. Employers, pastors, anyone in authority can demoralize those under their authority when they fail to resolve conflict appropriately. One of Christ's commands was, 'Agree with your adversary while you are in the way with him.' In other words, 'Resolve conflict quickly.' This lesson is unique because it compares anger to a nuclear reaction. Pastor Rohlin once worked briefly in a nuclear research reactor, so the insights hit close to home for him.
