Responsibility & accountability, that's what God places upon the words we use. Way too often we underestimate the power of a spoken word. – That is, the way our words impact & influence others. They can be directive, destructive, encouraging, edifying, discouraging, or disheartening. A well-timed word can set someone on the pathway to greatness or completely derail their otherwise fruitful trajectory in life.
