The Gracious Knock of Christ

It is possible to have wrong thoughts of ourselves, as the Laodiceans showed. They thought they were self-sufficient. This wrong thinking produced a complacency that led to a spiritual pride. The Lord thought of them as poor, blind, and naked. He saw them how they really were. The Lord loves us and desires to help us out of our prideful state. And so out of his love, he stands and knocks. So in this message, we look at the gracious knock of the Lord

3. There is a danger for not inviting Christ into the church
