Resurrection And Creation. And The Mystery of Agur

Pastor says he actually has a plan. We're not just wondering aimlessly thru Scripture.

So starting at Romans 8:11 we begin today's lecture. After all, this is a Romans study. Next to that verse, write "Holy Spirit". This establishes the Holy Spirit's role in the resurrection.

Now we go to 1 Thessalonians 1:9-10. This is the Father's aspect of the resurrection.

Then in John 2:18-19. That of course is the Son. We have a triune Godhead intimately involved in the resurrection.

There's a new movie out called Risen. But why go see it? We know it will separate God from Christ.

We need to place Resurrection with Creation. And pastor will now spend a little time on this because it's important to gather the foundation. Now we need to go find all the places where the Bible shows us the Triune Godhead doing something. Don't forget Genesis 15:9. “Take Me!”

But we left off last week at Proverbs 30:1-6. The mystery of Agur. It remained a Mystery up to John 3:12-19. And that starts our flow chart. From here I'll let you listen. Please try and keep up. We local folks depend on you to keep us up to speed.

Later in the sermon our pastor does in fact delve into this recent Gravitational field discovery. This is important. It's the fabric of space and the fact that God is stretching it out right now.

And the flow chart he puts up at the end will help you tremendously.
