Concerning the impact of godliness, besides – the distinguishing features already considered,
other ideas worth noting are that: b) godliness must influence reverent worship c) godliness
indemnifies/ensures believers' vital union with Christ d) godliness as is divinely infused; it gives
awareness of God, which permeates every aspect of life. And finally; e) godliness guards against
all counterfeits of diverse claims of nonbiblical faith. Therefore, the impacting principle of
godliness for the believer in Christ, must be upheld, safeguarded and pursued as long as breath is
rendered; "for without holiness, no one will see God"
