Sola Scriptura

The Roman Catholic organization has long held that Scripture is but one authority by which man is to be ruled—many councils and creeds of the church are considered to be inspired, and the church's tradition molds the Bible's teaching to mean whatever they want. However, Protestants reclaimed the Biblical truth that the Scriptures are "the only sufficient, certain, and infallible rule of all saving knowledge, faith, and obedience".
