I. TALK IS CHEAP

- The Lord, the God of heaven, I fear
- Maker of sea and dry land
B. A Lack of Integrity - No praying like the sailors (v5)
- No working like the sailors [3rd "went down"] (v5)
- No concern about people perishing like the sailors
II. ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS
A. An Amazing Confession (v14b)
- Not in what God had done
- But is what God does
B. An Amazing Integrity - Genuine
