Wisdom is Strength

As we see a swelling bureaucracy around us, we learn the cold hard lesson, especially come tax time that a heavier "top" does not mean a more efficient system. Good leaders are a blessing, wise leaders bring strength, but those who reject what is fundamentally true of fallen men, will be incapable to understand, to rule well, and to point those who are broken to the One who can heal. A wise man understands that men are broken under fall and in order to deal with himself and others, he gains wisdom, that he might see as God sees, understand as God understands, and deal with men whose hearts are often quite dark.
