We continued our considerations in the book of Nehemiah and were looking at the three requests Nehemiah asks of Artaxerxes. We saw secondly how Nehemiah acknowledges that the king has been favourable because the good hand of the Lord was upon him. We noted how God is absolute in his sovereignty, he is good and therefore he is to be glorified alone.
