Reasons To Believe And Not Doubt

In these verses the Lord assures His people once again that their captivity in Babylon would not be permanent. But God was not content to just give His people the promise of their release, He proceeds to tell them they can believe this promise because of:
1-The loftiness of God
2-The holiness of God's name
3-The compassionate nature of God
