Critical Lessons About Eternity

Our Lord in the earlier part of this chapter was speaking out against the Pharisees and the religious hiearchy of the nation of the Hebrew people. In the verses of our scripture reading, Jesus tells us of the experience of the wicked and ungodly after death. He declares the application of divine justice against all people apart from Jesus Christ. This message needs to be preached often to our day because the world is populated with people whose future is identical to that of this rich man.
