Protection from the Fury of Hell - Pt 2

"Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked." —Ephesians 6:16

What does it actually mean in practical terms to take hold of the shield of faith? Is is trying to have greater faith? Trying to believe more of God's Word? Is it a matter of fighting against unbelief? Is that what the Holy Spirit tells us to do in order to quench Satan's flaming arrows of fury?

It is actually something much more basic than all of that. Something very fundamental to overcoming the devil and being protected from his rage.
