This study is concerning the journey of Jacob from Bethel to the land of Haran. His God directed path to meet his soon to be wife, Rachel and the 7 year labor of love to have the right to marry her. Jacob's labor for 7 years because he so loved Rachel is to remind us and encourage us to labor for our Lord with the pure motive of our love for Him!!! Serving the Lord because we love makes service for Him a blessing and not a burden.
