Ezra's reaction to Israel's intermarriage

Shortly after arriving at Jerusalem, Ezra busies himself with the work that he was tasked with. But it isn't long before he is made aware of a huge issue within his beloved nation. The Jews are intermarrying with the people of the land, in direct opposition to God's Word. So Ezra, is broken and begins to pray to God.
