Good Friday Sermon: Christ Delivers Himself To Be Crucified (Power Revealed in Garden

We meet for worship on Good Friday evening to remember the suffering and death of Christ.

In this sermon we consider one of the most profound of passages, Christ Delivers Himself to Be Crucified. He willingly surrenders himself to those sent to take Him into custody. I emphasized three things... that Christ was in charge of the events that took place, He yielded himself willingly, and He did so substitutionally. We'll consider that this was:

1. A Predicted Act
2. A Powerful Act
3. A Protective Act
4. A Punitive Act
