The Leading Attributes of God Part 37 - Patience of God 1

Here we look at the wonderful and challenging patience of God, also
referred to as His longsuffering. This is an attribute we love when it is directed towards us
but we do not love it when it is directed towards those who are our enemies. Those we think need
to be judged immediately.

This is also the reason why our prayers may not be answered in a timely manner, according to
our own thinking. God will judge evil, but He often restrains these judgments by using His own power
to hold those judgments back while being patient with those who hate Him.
