God' as Creator, is in charge, verses 5-6.
God raises up, sustains, and punishes all those who resist him, verses 7-8.
False prophets are those who speak against God's plan, verses 9-11.
If anyone should listen, it ought to be the professing people of God, verses 17-22.
Application: 1. Strength is not in numbers, but in obedience to the Word of God. 2. Truth is not determined by its popularity or unpopularity. 3. The life and death of every nation is in the hand of God. 4. The readiness of people to believe a lie. 5. Do not be too disturbed when the ministry is filled with unbelievers; only form your judgement according to the Word of God.
