Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the Law. There are consequences in this life to how we respond to God's commandments: obedience brings a blessing and disobedience brings a curse. One aspect of this involves spiritual and moral consequences in this life: in the Bible sin results in people being given over to sin.

This message is the second part of a study on the biblical doctrine of Christian Liberty, and it is also part of a larger series entitled 'Great Teachings of the Bible.' Using historic documents such as the Anglican Thirty-nine Articles of Religion, the London Confession of Baptist Faith and the Westminster Confession of Faith to frame our questions, this series examines basic Bible truths.
