The Laying Bare of All Things

Still very much in the wake of the Parable of the sower, where the seed of God's Word is planted in the human heart, and yet, on good soil, evidence of its workings will be eventually visible to all. Christ continues this selfsame theme in the following verses, but uses different imagery to teach His hearers. Not only that the Word of God bears fruit in believing hearts, but that Word of God exposes the indwelling sin in every heart:

3. The Exhortation
4. The Guarantee
