Paradise Restored

Here Paul informs us of the 'mystery' of God that has been revealed to us - His 'goal' for human history, namely, that at the end of the day, all things in heaven and on earth will be 'summed up' under Christ's headship. This consummation of all things will include all of nature as well. Even now Christ is ruling from Heaven, bringing about this goal. He is reversing the curse and slowly, but surely, bringing order and harmony back to His universe. It does not come 'with observation,' but it is nevertheless a reality, one day to be revealed fully after His second coming and judgement.
