Christian Liberty & Prudence

Stephen seeks to balance the doctrines of Christian liberty (that we are only bound to obey what the Scriptures teach, not the traditions of men) and Christian prudence (that we should ask questions like "is this helpful, edifying, or enslaving"). Some use Christian liberty to justify sin in their life, and others only want a list of do's and don'ts. The truth is in living according to the Word of God with an ongoing, prayerful, and Bible saturated personal relationship with the living God.
