In the evening we continue in the catechism at Lord day 46 under the direction of Romans 8.31, 32. What an encouraging text! We can trust that all we need, body and soul, come to us from our Father in heaven - and He Who did not spare His own Son is for us! This empowers prayer! 1. We can read the Word – what is our response?

2. Our Father is always for us – are we moved?

3. He did not withhold His Own Son – What confidence is ours?

4. Every other thing we need is "LESS" – In trust, Ask!
