Study 4. Romans - The Gospel of God

Paul has been gripped by the gospel of God. So much so, he calls it "my gospel" and is not at all ashamed of it. In fact, he is eager to preach it. This gospel is "the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes." It concerns Jesus - God's Son. And in it, the righteousness of God is revealed. This is good news because, in his mercy and grace, God, who is just, justifies sinners! Come and hear what the Lord has done for all who are loved by God and called to belong to Jesus Christ.
