How Can I KNOW

In a world full of information overload, it is hard to know what the truth is. The internet today are full of things that appear to be truth, but are in fact, false, phony of deceptive. Many religions are like this also. How can we tell if it is true of if it is a smoke screen. Many ask "is there truth". yes, the bible is absolute truth. 2 Timothy 3:16 says "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness". If you aren't sure if something is true, find out how it measures up to the Bible. God's word never changes and has never been proven to be wrong. Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows his handiwork." There are signs of God's righteousness all around us. We can deny it, but the invisible things of God can clearly be seen. One rule of thumb, if it doesn't exalt Christ, it is false. Anything that tries to explain away the existence of God is false. The world claims there are many ways to heaven. The Bible says there is only one way, Jesus Christ.
