Sermon Series Title: Restoring the Future

Brief Overview of Series: The title of this 12-sermon series, Restoring the Future, has been chosen to highlight the fact that the prophetic future, as proclaimed in the Great Awakening (c. 1730–1850), was very different from the eschatology that is popular today. This series restores for Christians today the biblical view of the victorious King Jesus reigning at God's right hand until His enemies are made His footstool.

Brief Overview of Sermon 11: The Great White Throne gathering will not be to decide the destiny of the individuals; God already knows that. It is to demonstrate before all that God's decrees are just and right – to vindicate before all His work of redemption through Jesus Christ, to receive the acknowledgment of His preeminence, the righteousness of His final sentences, the confession of every tongue as every knee bows before Him and every dispute is reconciled for all eternity (Phil. 2:10f; Col. 1:20; Matt. 25:31f).
