Paul began his list of blessings, which are as sure as His election. We are told when these blessings initiated in verse seven: "through His blood". This message speaks of the first two in the list: "holy" and "blameless". Both of these are affirmed to be "in His presence". In Romans 3:2, Paul spoke of justification being "in his sight"; finished before faith.
