The Ark of the Covenant. Here we begin setting up much of the typology that is found in the tabernacle and its furniture. In this message I erred stating that the staves are not removed from the ark until it reaches Solomon's temple. That is not correct. The staves are removed every time the Tent is erected and the ark is placed in the most holy place. (cf. Nu.4.6)
