Exodus 27 - What? Christ?

The manna God gave to the murmuring Hebrews in the wilderness was the blessing of Christ. God's linking of the manna with the Sabbath was to give them opportunity to meditate on Christ through God's Word to arrive at the truth of God's coming salvation in the form of Christ. What, illustrates that they never understood this truth apart from some people such as David.
