Jesus Says, Go!

When Jesus issued the Great Commission, charging all believers with the responsibility to go, what did He mean? Is the popular notion true that "some are to go" and "others are to send"? Or are we guilty of diminishing the clear command because to actually respond as He intended creates a challenge we aren't willing to face? Let's talk about it.
