The Audacity of Judging Jesus

Jesus Christ is the Judge of all mankind, yet he stood before Pilate to be judged. Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God and yet he was judged by a puff of mist named Pilate. Jesus Christ loves justice and will one day bring justice to all nations and yet he was the victim of the greatest injustice ever perpetrated. The beauty of the gospel, however, is that God was able to execute divine justice on the cross even while humans were committing their great act of injustice.
